How to overcome disabilities? – It was a title of two-days-long workshops, organized in Skowronno Dolne near Pińczów, which took place on 20-21`th of June. This workshop show cased practical examples of good practice for including children with disabilities in education and was the great opportunity for their parents to find some institutional formality of aid.
The workshops were organized by “Świetlik” Association. It is  a non-government, nonprofit organization operating since 2001. In 2009 it was registered as a Public Benefit Organization.
The statutory activity of the Association includes actions for the benefit of handicapped children and their families. Basic directions in the Association's activity include:

There were lots to do during the February school holidays at Regional Museum in Pińczów. Children`s Art Workshops, Porcelain Painting, Black and White Photography Course, Ceramics and Pottery Workshops and more, were offers for children in the heart of the city.
Holidays at museum were a big hit in winter holidays program in Pińczów at all. During two weeks there was a hundreds of children visiting museum and participating for free in this exciting program. Workshops for children at museum is an alternative to holidays camp, offers creative winter experiences for children. Two week-long winter art classes that teach young artists basic skills while encouraging invention and improvisation take place from half Februar through early March every year. “The children and young people taking part in activities are usually between 7 to 15 years. During these kinds of activities museum will support the children encourage them to action and coming to museum.” – said Jerzy Znojek, head-master of museum.
Some of manual works, done during winter break at the museum, were shown in the exhibition.
